With more opportunities than our current team can handle, we will be continuing our national expansion. We will be adding positions with protected territories to our existing team in various locations across the country. We are searching for disciplined professionals to bring our successful brand into their region.
We focus on allowing our sales team to be productive and efficient. This achieved through broad product selection, geographic territories not requiring overnight travel. Additionally, we utilize web-based collaboration tools such as CRM and the IDEA Forum and conduct a majority of training and continuing education through webinar sessions and group video calls.
Our team is comprised of former senior executives, business owners, professional salespeople, and qualified industry transitions (some without sales experience!) passionate about our business. Very rarely do people joining our company have experience selling fitness, medical/rehab products, amenities, playgrounds, flooring and more.
