We encourage our sales team to develop relationships with local service providers as well. These relationships allow for reciprocal sharing of local business relationships, especially in newer territories. Our collection of service technicians from existing territories has allowed us to compile the largest service network in the USA. Additionally, several of our sales force have taken our Preventative Maintenance Training Certification and hire their own PM technicians, earning extra income and gleaning the benefits of someone on the inside.
